Section, Pub. L. 89–195, §7, Sept. 21, 1965, 79 Stat. 826 , made provision for the construction of overnight and other public accommodation facilities, land selection and land fill, concession facilities, and the promulgation of rules and regulations covering those areas by the Secretary of the Interior.
