Use of "Georgia" in Trademark, Trade Name, Service Mark, or Advertisement

  1. It shall be unlawful for any person, partnership, firm, or corporation to use the word "Georgia" in any trademark, trade name, service mark, or advertisement in connection with any meat or meat food product which is not equal to or better than U.S. grade "good."
  2. Any person who violates this Code section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
