Notwithstanding any other provision of law, including provisions of 26 V.S.A. chapter 23, persons who are licensed and credentialed to provide emergency medical care pursuant to the requirements of this chapter and implementing regulations are hereby authorized to provide such care without further certification, registration, or licensing.
