Each mortgage broker and mortgage lender shall submit to the Nationwide Multistate Licensing System and Registry reports of condition, which shall be in such form and shall contain such information as the department and the Nationwide Multistate Licensing System and Registry may require.

The 2020 amendment, effective July 29, 2020, part of an Act to revise, modernize, and correct the Code, substituted "Nationwide Multistate Licensing System and Registry" for "Nation-wide Multistate Licensing System and Registry" twice in this Code section.
