(1) For the fiscal year 2003-04 through fiscal year 2010-11, the number of available juvenile detention beds statewide shall be limited to four hundred seventy-nine.
For the fiscal year 2011-12 and from July 1, 2012, through March 31, 2013, thenumber of available juvenile detention beds statewide shall be limited to four hundred twentytwo.
From April 1, 2013, through June 30, 2013, and for the fiscal year 2013-14 throughfiscal year 2018-19, the number of available juvenile detention beds statewide is limited to three hundred eighty-two.
For the fiscal year 2019-20 and each fiscal year thereafter, the number of availablejuvenile detention beds statewide is limited to three hundred twenty-seven.
