The executive director and the senior director of enforcement of the department of revenue are peace officers while engaged in the performance of their duties whose authority includes the enforcement of laws and rules regarding automobile dealers pursuant to section 44-20-105 (3), the lottery pursuant to sections 44-40-106 (3) and 4440-107 (8), medical marijuana pursuant to article 10 of title 44, limited gaming pursuant to article 30 of title 44, liquor pursuant to section 44-3-905 (1), and racing events pursuant to section 44-32-203 (1), and the enforcement of all laws of the state of Colorado and who may be certified by the P.O.S.T. board.
