(1) Payments received shall be credited in the following order:

  1. Costs for crime victim compensation fund, pursuant to section 24-4.1-119, C.R.S.;

  2. Surcharges for victims and witnesses assistance and law enforcement fund, pursuantto section 24-4.2-104, C.R.S.;

  3. Restitution to victims in the following order:

  1. A victim, as defined in section 18-1.3-602 (4)(a)(I), C.R.S.;

  2. A victim, as defined in section 18-1.3-602 (4)(a)(II), C.R.S.;

  3. A victim, as defined in section 18-1.3-602 (4)(a)(III), C.R.S.;

(c.5) Surcharges related to the address confidentiality program pursuant to section 24-

30-2114, C.R.S.;

  1. Time payment fee;

  2. Late fees; and

  3. Any other fines, fees, or surcharges.
