As used in this article, unless the context otherwise requires:
"Executive director" means the executive director of the department of corrections.
"Facility" means any residential community treatment center, honor farm, preparolerelease center, or other correctional facility.
"Immediate family" means a spouse, child (including stepchild, adopted child, orchild as to whom the prisoner, though not a natural parent, has acted in the place of a parent), parent (including a person who, though not a natural parent, has acted in the place of a parent), brother, or sister.
and (5) Repealed.
(6) "Warden" means the chief correctional officer at a correctional facility.
