(1) The following items shall be posted at each polling location:
A polling location sign visible from the outside of the closest entrance to the pollinglocation pursuant to section 1-5-106;
A sign notifying persons outside and inside of the polling location that no electioneering is permitted within one hundred feet of the polling location pursuant to section 113-714;
Instruction cards for the guidance of eligible electors pursuant to section 1-5-504;
Sample ballots pursuant to section 1-5-413;
An explanation of the procedures that govern the provision of voting assistance toelectors with disabilities who require such assistance pursuant to section 1-7-111. The secretary of state shall promulgate rules in accordance with article 4 of title 24, C.R.S., to prescribe the form of such explanation.
