There shall be printed, stamped, or stenciled in a clear and durable manner upon one side of each tub, firkin, box, or other outer package in which margarine, dairy spread, or spread is removed from the place where it is produced or put up, as distinguished from the package in which it is to be put up for sale or sold at retail, all of the following:
(a) The words “oleomargarine,” “margarine,” “dairy spread,” or “spread,” as the case may be, in plain roman letters of not less than 36-point type.
(b) A statement, which is printed in plain roman type, of a size not smaller than pica, which states the name and address of the manufacturer or of the distributor.
