  1. (a) The following acts and laws and parts of laws in conflict herewith are repealed as of the effective date of this subchapter:

    1. (1) Acts 1947, No. 369;

    2. (2) Acts 1953, No. 254;

    3. (3) Acts 1953, No. 265;

    4. (4) Acts 1969, No. 303, § 17.

  2. (b) Any adoption or termination proceedings pending on the effective date of this subchapter are not affected thereby.
