  1. (a) There is created the Abandoned Pesticide Advisory Board.

  2. (b) The board shall be composed of up to six (6) members:

    1. (1) One (1) member shall be a representative from the Arkansas Farm Bureau Federation;

    2. (2) One (1) member shall be a representative from the Arkansas Natural Resources Commission;

    3. (3) One (1) member shall be a representative from the University of Arkansas Cooperative Extension Service;

    4. (4) One (1) member shall be a representative from the Division of Environmental Quality;

    5. (5) One (1) member may be a representative from the United States Natural Resources Conservation Service; and

    6. (6) One (1) member shall be a representative from the Department of Agriculture, who shall serve as the Chair of the Abandoned Pesticide Advisory Board.

  3. (c) Members of the board shall serve without compensation.
