  1. (a) Beginning with the fall 1991 semester, each state-supported institution of higher education shall implement an asessment program to evaluate student learning of general education core curriculum.

  2. (b) The student outcomes assessment program developed by each institution shall be approved by the Arkansas Higher Education Coordinating Board prior to implementation.
