  1. (a) A charter for a public charter school shall:

    1. (1) Be in the form of a written contract signed by the Commissioner of Education and the chief operating officer of the public charter school;

    2. (2) Satisfy the requirements of this chapter; and

    3. (3) Ensure that the information required under § 6-23-404 is consistent with the information provided in the application and any modification that the authorizer may require.

  2. (b) Any revision or amendment of the charter for a public charter school may be made only with the approval of the authorizer.
