  1. (a)

    1. (1) The effectiveness of the College and Career Coaches Program shall be evaluated based on measurable benefits to students, including increases in:

      1. (A) High school graduation rates;

      2. (B) Completion of the Smart Core curriculum;

      3. (C) College attendance rates;

      4. (D) Remediation rates; and

      5. (E) Applications for financial aid.

    2. (2)

      1. (A) The Division of Elementary and Secondary Education and the Division of Higher Education shall collect and prepare performance data reports to determine the effectiveness of the program.

      2. (B) The data shall be collected for each county and school district served by the program and shall be shared with the Division of Career and Technical Education on January 1 and August 1 each year.

  2. (b) Annually, each college and career coach shall submit a report to the Division of Career and Technical Education describing his or her student contacts and the programs and services provided.
