  1. (a) A person shall not act as a fund-raising counsel until he or she has first registered with the Secretary of State.

  2. (b) Applications for registration shall be submitted:

    1. (1) In writing;

    2. (2) Under oath;

    3. (3) In the form prescribed by the Secretary of State; and

    4. (4) Accompanied by an annual fee in the sum of one hundred dollars ($100).

  3. (c)

    1. (1) Registrations are valid for a period of one (1) year.

    2. (2) Registrations may be renewed upon the filing of a new application and the tendering of the fee previously prescribed for registration.
