  1. (a) All provisions of this chapter apply to prize offers made by way of telephone communication.

  2. (b) Sponsors of the offers shall not solicit or accept the payment of any money from any person unless that person has first received the written prize notice as required by this chapter.

  3. (c) No sponsor shall solicit or utilize in any fashion any credit card or bank account information from any person unless that person has first received a written prize notice as required by this chapter.

  4. (d) If a sponsor contacts a person by telephone after that person has first received a written prize notice as required by this chapter, the sponsor shall specifically identify the written prize notice and shall by oral disclosure communicate all disclosures required by § 4-102-106 prior to soliciting or accepting any money from any person and prior to soliciting or accepting any credit card or bank account information from any person.
