  1. (a) A person that has received a permit from the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board to sell or dispense alcoholic beverages shall post in a conspicuous place at the permitted premises a printed sign warning of the dangers of drinking alcoholic beverages during pregnancy that meets the requirements under § 3-9-102.

  2. (b) As used in this section, “alcoholic beverages” means all beverages containing more than one-half of one percent (0.5%) of alcohol by weight.
