  1. (a) A board of directors shall manage and control each regional mobility authority created under this chapter, including the following:

    1. (1) Property;

    2. (2) Operations;

    3. (3) Business; and

    4. (4) Affairs.

  2. (b) The board of directors shall be solely responsible for selecting the chair of the board of directors and establishing procedures by which it shall operate.

  3. (c) A director shall not receive compensation in any form from or for his or her services as a director.

  4. (d) Each director shall be entitled to reimbursement by the regional mobility authority for any necessary expenditures incurred in connection with the performance of his or her general duties as a director.
