Wheel clamps — Definition

  1. (a) As used in this section, “wheel clamp” means a device fixed onto a wheel of a parked motor vehicle that renders the motor vehicle immobile.

  2. (b) A county, city of the first class, city of the second class, or incorporated town may by ordinance regulate the use of wheel clamps.
