As used in this subchapter:

  1. (1) “Manufactured home” means a factory-built structure:

    1. (A) Produced in accordance with the National Manufactured Housing Construction and Safety Standards Act of 1974, 42 U.S.C. § 5401 et seq.; and

    2. (B) Designed to be used as a dwelling unit; and

  2. (2) “Mobile home” means a structure:

    1. (A) Built in a factory before the enactment of the National Manufactured Housing Construction and Safety Standards Act of 1974, 42 U.S.C. § 5401 et seq.; and

    2. (B) Designed to be used as a dwelling unit.
