  1. (a) As used in this section, “community or farm-to-market bus” means any bus operating under and by authority of the Arkansas Department of Transportation which is privileged to operate as a common carrier for hire within the State of Arkansas and which has a home office that is domiciled within this state, and where the privilege does not extend beyond the territory of fifty (50) miles for any operation, shall be termed a “community or farm-to-market bus”.

  2. (b) The annual license fee to be collected from the owners of community or farm-to-market buses operating under authority of the department for hire, whose operations do not extend beyond fifty (50) miles, shall be the sum of one hundred thirty dollars ($130).
