  1. (a)

    1. (1) The Secretary of State shall have the authority and power and is required to sell Crawford and Moses' Digest of the Statutes of Arkansas at five dollars ($5.00) per copy and to sell the acts of the General Assembly at the actual pro rata cost to the state for publishing them in order to recover the per volume cost to the state.

    2. (2) This section shall not apply to acts of the General Assembly prior to 1917, which acts shall be sold at one dollar and fifty cents ($1.50) per set, except those acts which are bound in paper, which shall sell at one dollar ($1.00) per set.

  2. (b) The Secretary of State shall have the authority to make reduction in price of the books when they become damaged, the reduction per set not to be less than one-half (½) the original selling price.

  3. (c)

    1. (1) The price of Mansfield's Digest is fixed at one dollar and fifty cents ($1.50) per copy.

    2. (2) The Secretary of State shall retain five hundred (500) copies for use of the state.
