  1. (a) Reports by state agencies that are required to be submitted to the General Assembly shall be submitted only to:

    1. (1) The Speaker of the House of Representatives;

    2. (2) The President Pro Tempore of the Senate;

    3. (3) The member of the General Assembly who was the lead sponsor of the legislation authorizing the preparation of the report; and

    4. (4) The Director of the Bureau of Legislative Research.

  2. (b) A report required to be submitted to the General Assembly shall be filed in electronic form.
