  1. (a) It is required that all dairy products as defined by § 20-59-201(2) shipped into this state from another state shall meet the sanitary standards, definitions, and requirements of Arkansas law and the rules promulgated by the State Board of Health.

  2. (b) The board is authorized to establish acceptable reciprocal inspection authorities, interstate and intrastate, to properly enforce and administer this section in accordance with specifications and rules adopted.

  3. (c) A reasonable fee to be determined by the board shall be charged for all out-of-state inspections where reciprocal inspections are not available and cannot be negotiated.
