  1. (a) The Vice President for Agriculture of the University of Arkansas system shall serve as chair of the Arkansas Fire Ant Advisory Board.

  2. (b) The board shall meet at the call of the chair and no less frequently than annually.

  3. (c) The chair shall provide necessary meeting space and administrative services for the board.
