  1. (a) There is established on the books of the Treasurer of State, the Auditor of State, and the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State a fund to be known as the “Arkansas Citizens First Responder Safety Enhancement Fund”.

  2. (b) The fund shall consist of:

    1. (1) Eighty percent (80%) of the fines collected under § 27-22-111(a); and

    2. (2) The fines collected under § 27-22-103(c)(1).

  3. (c) The fund is to be used as appropriated by the General Assembly as follows:

    1. (1) Fifty percent (50%) of the fund shall be used for emergency medical services; and

    2. (2) Fifty percent (50%) of the fund shall be used for local law enforcement.
