  1. (a) There is established on the books of the Treasurer of State, the Auditor of State, and the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State a fund to be known as the “Breast Cancer Research Fund”.

  2. (b)

    1. (1) The fund shall consist of twenty percent (20%) of those special revenues as specified in § 19-6-301(192), that portion of those special revenues as specified in § 19-6-301(201), and those general revenues as may be provided by law.

    2. (2) The fund shall be used exclusively for those purposes as set out in § 20-15-1303.
