  1. (a) Hearings shall be conducted by the Arkansas Dietetics Licensing Board.

  2. (b) Decisions will be determined by a majority vote of the board.

  3. (c) All proceedings will be conducted in accordance with the Arkansas Administrative Procedure Act, § 25-15-201 et seq.
