  1. (a) Violations of this chapter shall constitute Class A misdemeanors.

  2. (b)

    1. (1) The Arkansas Dietetics Licensing Board shall assist the prosecuting attorney in the enforcement of this chapter.

    2. (2) Any member of the board may present evidence of a violation to the appropriate prosecuting attorney.
