  1. (a) A licensee or credential holder shall notify the Director of the Division of Arkansas State Police within fourteen (14) days after a change of the licensee's or credential holder's name, address, telephone number, email address, or officer or partner.

  2. (b) A licensee or manager shall notify the director within fourteen (14) days after a change in the credentialed person's name, address, telephone number, or email address.
