7. Fees

1. (a) The Director of the Division of Arkansas State Police may assess fees under this chapter as follows:

   1. (1) For an initial application:

      1. (A) Alarm systems agent, alarm systems apprentice, alarm systems technician, or alarm systems monitor credential $40.00;

      2. (B) Class A license $600;

      3. (C) Class B license $600;

      4. (D) Class C license $850;

      5. (E) Class D license $300;

      6. (F) Class E-M license $600;

      7. (G) Class E Restricted license $600;

      8. (H) Class E-S license $600;

      9. (I) Class E Unrestricted license $600;

      10. (J) Class G license $1,200;

      11. (K) Security guard credential $40.00; and

      12. (L) Credentialed private investigator $450;

   2. (2) For a renewal application:

      1. (A) Alarm systems agent, alarm systems apprentice, alarm systems technician, or alarm systems monitor credential $40.00;

      2. (B) Class A license $300;

      3. (C) Class B license $300;

      4. (D) Class C license $500;

      5. (E) Class D license $150;

      6. (F) Class E-M license $300;

      7. (G) Class E Restricted license $300;

      8. (H) Class E-S license $300;

      9. (I) Class E Unrestricted license $300;

      10. (J) Class G license $600;

      11. (K) Security guard credential $40.00; and

      12. (L) Credentialed private investigator $150; and

   3. (3) For the following:

      1. (A) Replacement credential or commission photo identification card $5.00;

      2. (B) Duplicate wall-mounted license $10.00;

      3. (C) Late renewal fee for a:

         1. (i) Class A license $150;

         2. (ii) Class B license $150;

         3. (iii) Class C license $250;

         4. (iv) Class D license $75.00;

         5. (v) Class E license, any version $150; and

         6. (vi) Class G license $300; and

      4. (D) Transfer fee for:

         1. (i) A credentialed private investigator $75.00; and

         2. (ii) An alarm systems agent, alarm systems apprentice, alarm systems technician, or alarm systems monitor credential $20.00.

2. (b) Applicable state and national criminal background check fees are as set under the Arkansas State Criminal Records Act, § 12-12-1501 et seq., or by the Federal Bureau of Investigation.

3. (c) All fees under this section are nonrefundable.
