  1. (a) The Arkansas Appraiser Licensing and Certification Board may appear in its own name in a circuit court of competent jurisdiction to obtain injunctive relief to prevent a person from violating this subchapter.

  2. (b) The circuit court may grant a temporary or permanent injunction regardless of whether:

    1. (1) Criminal prosecution has been or may be instituted as a result of the violation of this subchapter; or

    2. (2) The person is the holder of a registration issued by the board.

  3. (c) A violation of this subchapter is a Class D felony.
