  1. (a) If authorized by the administrative plan for the judicial circuit required by Supreme Court Administrative Order No. 14, a state district court judge may preside over the following criminal matters:

    1. (1) A drug court program authorized under the Arkansas Drug Court Act, § 16-98-301 et seq.;

    2. (2) A probation supervision program; and

    3. (3) A parole supervision program.

  2. (b) The administrative judge of the judicial district may withdraw authorization under this section at any time.
