The terms of court in each county in the Eighteenth Judicial District shall commence on the dates set forth below:

  1. (1) Garland County: On the second Fridays in January and July;

  2. (2) Montgomery County: On the third Mondays in May and November; and

  3. (3) Polk County: On the third Mondays in April and October.
