The terms of court of the circuit court in the respective counties of the Sixteenth Judicial District shall commence on the following dates:

  1. (1) Cleburne County: On the second Tuesdays in May and November;

  2. (2) Fulton County: On the second Tuesdays in January and July;

  3. (3) Independence County: On the second Tuesdays in February and August;

  4. (4) Izard County: On the second Tuesdays in March and September; and

  5. (5) Stone County: On the second Tuesdays in April and October.
