The terms of the circuit court of the Thirteenth Judicial District shall begin in each county of the district as follows:

  1. (1) Calhoun County: On the second Mondays in January and July;

  2. (2) Union County: On the second Mondays in March and September;

  3. (3) Columbia County: On the second Mondays in April and October;

  4. (4) Ouachita County: On the second Mondays in May and November;

  5. (5) Dallas County: On the second Mondays in June and December; and

  6. (6) Cleveland County: On the second Mondays in February and August.
