The terms of court in the Twelfth Judicial District shall commence on the dates set forth below:

  1. (1) In the Fort Smith District of Sebastian County: On the first Mondays in February, June, and October; and

  2. (2) In the Greenwood District of Sebastian County: On the second Mondays in March and September.
