The terms of court in each county in the Ninth Judicial District shall commence on the dates set forth below:

  1. (1) Clark County: On the fourth Mondays in January and July;

  2. (2) Howard County: On the fourth Mondays in February and August;

  3. (3) Little River County: On the first Mondays in January and July;

  4. (4) Pike County: On the third Mondays in March and September; and

  5. (5) Sevier County: On the first Mondays in February and August.
