  1. (a) The chancellors of the Sixth Judicial District, by concurrence of a majority of themselves, may appoint one (1) law clerk who shall be a licensed attorney or graduate of an accredited law school.

  2. (b) The law clerk shall receive the same salary as provided for chancery court reporters in the Sixth Judicial District.
