The terms of court for the circuit court of the Fifth Judicial District shall begin on the following days:

  1. (1)

    1. (A) Franklin County, Charleston District: On the first Mondays in February and September; and

    2. (B) Franklin County, Ozark District: On the third Mondays in February and September;

  2. (2) Johnson County: On the first Mondays in March and October; and

  3. (3) Pope County: On the first Mondays in April and November.
