  1. (a) The holder of a class seven permit:

    1. (1) May operate liquefied petroleum gas service stations;

    2. (2) May sell liquefied petroleum gas to operators of mobile equipment only;

    3. (3) May not sell or install any type container or appliance;

    4. (4) May not fill any type container except those permanently mounted on mobile equipment;

    5. (5) Must provide storage and dispensing facilities suitable to the Liquefied Petroleum Gas Board;

    6. (6) Must furnish evidence of the following insurance:

      1. (A) Manufacturers' and Contractors' Each Person $500,000 Bodily Injury Liability Each Accident 500,000 Insurance (B) Manufacturers' and Contractors' Each Accident $500,000 Property Damage Liability Aggregate 500,000 Insurance (C) Products Bodily Injury Each Person $500,000 Liability Insurance Each Accident 500,000 Aggregate 500,000 (D) Products Property Damage Each Accident $500,000 Liability Insurance Aggregate 500,000 or Garage Liability Bodily Each Person $500,000 Liability Insurance Each Accident 500,000 or Garage Liability Property Each Accident $500,000 Damage Liability Insurance

    7. (7) Must pay an annual permit fee in the sum of one hundred dollars ($100).

  2. (b) In addition to the foregoing requirements, all class seven applicants must comply with all other applicable requirements.
