7. Definitions

As used in this subchapter:

1. (1) “Owner” means any person, partnership, corporation, unincorporated association, or other legal entity having any interest in any:

   1. (A) Timber;

   2. (B) Land upon which timber grows; or

   3. (C) Land from which timber has been removed;

2. (2) “Secondary purchaser” means any person, partnership, corporation, unincorporated association, or other legal entity buying timber from a timber purchaser; and

3. (3) “Timber purchaser” means a person who purchases standing timber for harvest.
