  1. (a) No person shall:

    1. (1) Use any mark on any logs or timber until the mark has been recorded by him or her as required by § 15-32-405;

    2. (2) Use any mark previously recorded and used by another; or

    3. (3) Mark any prize log.

  2. (b) For every violation of either provision, the offender shall forfeit ten dollars ($10.00), one-half (½) for the use of the person prosecuting therefor and the other half (½) to the State of Arkansas.
