As used in this subchapter:

  1. (1) “Commission” means the State Parks, Recreation, and Travel Commission;

  2. (2) [Repealed.]

  3. (3) “Department” means the Department of Parks, Heritage, and Tourism; and

  4. (4) “Registry” means the state Registry of Scenic Resources created by this subchapter.
