  1. (a) The Administrative Office of the Keep Arkansas Beautiful Commission shall be located within the Department of Parks, Heritage, and Tourism.

  2. (b) The Director of the Administrative Office of the Keep Arkansas Beautiful Commission shall be employed by the Secretary of the Department of Parks, Heritage, and Tourism.

  3. (c) The director shall develop and administer all programs and projects of the Keep Arkansas Beautiful Commission and perform such other duties that the secretary deems necessary and appropriate to foster and promote the awareness of all Arkansans as to the need to protect Arkansas's natural environment.
