(a)
(1) The warning order or notice of the pendency of a suit under this subchapter shall be given by publication weekly for two (2) weeks before judgment is entered for the sale of the lands, lots, blocks, or parcels of land, or railroad tracks and rights-of-way in some newspaper published in the county where the suits may be pending.
(2) The warning order or notice may be in the following terms:
(b) The service by notice as provided in this section shall be just as effective and binding on the property as though service was had under § 14-90-1003.
“Board of Commissioners, (and name of improvement district), Plaintiff, vs. Delinquent Lands, Lots, Blocks or Parcels of Land, and railroad tracks and right-of-way, in said district , Defendants. “All persons, firms, or corporations having or claiming an interest in any of the following described lands, lots, blocks, or parcels of land, or railroad tracks and rights-of-way, are hereby notified and warned that suit is pending in the Chancery Court of County, Arkansas, to enforce the collection of certain taxes or assessments on the subjoined list of lands, each supposed owner having been set opposite his or her or its lands, together with the amounts severally due from each, to-wit: “(Then shall follow a list of supposed owners, with a description of each separate property that is delinquent, and amount due thereon respectively as aforesaid), and said warning order or notice may conclude in the following form: “All persons, firms and corporations interested in any of said property are hereby warned and notified that they are required by law to appear within four weeks and make defense to said suit, or the same will be taken for confessed and final judgment will be entered directing the sale of said lands for the purpose of collecting said taxes or assessments, together with the payment of interest, penalty, attorney's fee, and costs adjudged against each tract.
