  1. (a) Reference is made to Acts 1967, No. 43 [repealed], and particularly to § 12 of Acts 1967, No. 43 [repealed].

  2. (b) It is intended and is provided that any tollway project hereunder shall participate in “turnpike gasoline tax revenues” to the same extent as though the tollway project hereunder were a turnpike project under § 12 of that act.
