  1. (a) Any county or district health department may be dissolved by a referendum initiated by petition or submitted by vote as prescribed in § 14-262-106.

  2. (b) The proposition shall be stated “FOR the discontinuance of the county (or district) health department” and “AGAINST the discontinuance of the county (or district) health department.”
