The journals required under § 14-23-203 shall include the following information with respect to each claim filed:

  1. (1) The claim number, to be listed consecutively;

  2. (2) The date the claim is filed;

  3. (3) The name and address of the person or firm presenting the claim;

  4. (4) The amount of the claim;

  5. (5) The date presented to the county court;

  6. (6) The action of the county court regarding the claim and the date thereof; and

  7. (7) The warrant or check number, and the date of issuance thereof, for payment of the claim, if any.
